Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation charges over and above the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is canceled 31 days prior to arrival.
30-20 days prior to arrival= 25% of the total reservation value
19-15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation value
14-07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value
07-0 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total reservation value
Payment Policy:
20% non-refundable deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation.Balance due no later than 30 days before arrival
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Children and Extra Beds:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children from 3-12 years 50% of the adult price
15 years and above are charged at full price
Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Pets are not allowed.

Our Hotel is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet Hours:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping service is provided.

Damage and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items during their stay.

1000 BWP in security cash required which is refundable upon check out if there no damage or loss
