  • The conference room accommodates a maximum of 35 guests. Exceeding this limit is prohibited for safety and comfort reasons.
  • Seating and equipment setup must be finalised at least 24 hours before the event.

Use of Equipment:

  • The use of audio-visual equipment and other facilities must be pre-arranged.
  • Any damages to equipment or facilities will be charged to the client.

Catering and Refreshments:

  • Catering services are available upon request and must be arranged during booking.
  • Clients are permitted to bring their own food and beverages with prior approval. Additional charges may apply.

Timings and Access:

  • The conference room is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Overtime use beyond the agreed duration will incur additional charges.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the space is left in a clean condition. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess.
  • Decorations or modifications to the room must not cause damage and require prior approval.

Conduct and Security:

  • All guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property and staff.
  • The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items. Guests are advised to secure personal belongings.

Technical Support:

  • On-site technical assistance is available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the requirements.

Liability:

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies or maintenance).
  • Clients will be held accountable for any damages caused by their team or guests during the event.
