- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation charges over and above the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is canceled 31 days prior to arrival.
- 30-20 days prior to arrival= 25% of the total reservation value
- 19-15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation value
- 14-07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value
- 07-0 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total reservation value
Payment Policy:
- 20% non-refundable deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation.Balance due no later than 30 days before arrival
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Children and Extra Beds:
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children from 3-12 years 50% of the adult price
- 15 years and above are charged at full price
- Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy:
- Our hotel is a non-smoking property.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet Hours:
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping service is provided.
- Additional housekeeping services are available upon request.
Damage and Loss:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items during their stay.
- Charges may apply for any damage or loss incurred.
- 1000 BWP in security cash required which is refundable upon check out if there no damage or loss
Parking:
- Free on-site parking is available for guests.
- Parking spaces are subject to availability.
Guest Identification:
- Valid identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID) is required at check-in.
Visitor Policy:
- Visitors are allowed between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and may be charged for any damage caused.
